Broccoli Salad
I started running again, sometimes I stay awake and in front of the computer for so long that I forget to eat. Of course, this is very harmful for someone who is on a diet, I should not miss the main and snacks.
I found a solution myself to this situation. Especially for my lunches, I boil different vegetables and divide them into portions. One of them is broccoli salad, when you boil it in little water or steam it, it stays green and does not lose its vitamin.
Another reason why broccoli is preferred in diets is that it contains dietary fibers.

Ingredients for Broccoli Salad Recipe
- 500 g broccoli
- 1 jar mixed side dish (carrot-pea-potato)
- 5-6 pickled cucumbers
- 1-2 tablespoons of boiled corn kernels
- optional 2-3 tablespoons of chopped walnuts
For the Salad Dressing:
- 5 tablespoon of olive oil
- Juice of half a lemon
- pomegranate syrup upon request
- Salt
- 1 cloves of garlic, crushed
Fabrication:
- Wash the broccoli by cutting it into pieces with a knife.
- Boil the water and add the broccoli by adding salt to it, boil it until the broccoli is tender.
- In a large mixing bowl, pour the garnish, chopped pickles and broccoli into a salad bowl.
- Whisk the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and add to the salad and mix.
- Serve in small bowls or on a large salad plate.
I add this to my broccoli salad recipes and will try it at the first opportunity. I think I'm an incurable broccoli lover. Well done.
