Both practical and delicious Spinach Puff Pastry Bowls

For the Spinach Paste:
- 6 square puff pastry sheets
- 250 g chopped spinach
- 1 medium onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
For the top:
- Fresh Cheddar Cheese
- 2 sausages
Fabrication:
- Fry the chopped onion and diced pepper in olive oil.
- Add the spinach and continue frying until the spinach is cooked. Add salt and pepper and remove from heat.
- When the puff pastries come to room temperature, put them on a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
- Divide the spinach mixture on the puff pastry and put the sausages. Finally, add the grated cheddar cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 12-15 minutes and serve hot or cold.
