Hello Dear Friends,

For the Spinach Paste:

  • 6 square puff pastry sheets
  • 250 g chopped spinach
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper

For the top:

  • Fresh Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 sausages

Fabrication:

  1. Fry the chopped onion and diced pepper in olive oil.
  2. Add the spinach and continue frying until the spinach is cooked. Add salt and pepper and remove from heat.
  3. When the puff pastries come to room temperature, put them on a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
  4. Divide the spinach mixture on the puff pastry and put the sausages. Finally, add the grated cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 12-15 minutes and serve hot or cold.
