Basmati Rice with Chicken Saute

Ingredients for Chicken Sauteed Basmati Rice Recipe
- 500 gr cubed chicken (buttan)
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 piece of charliston pepper
- 1 capsicum peppers
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 spoonful butter
- 1 meal spoon tomato paste
- 1 cup of peas
- 1 cups of basmati rice
- 2,5 cup of hot water
- salt
- black pepper
- Cumin
- Red powdered pepper
Fabrication:
- Chop the onion and garlic for meals, Divide the peppers into 2 pieces lengthwise, after removing the seeds, chop them for edibles.
- Heat the olive oil and butter in a pan, first fry the onion until it becomes translucent. Add the peppers and continue to fry.
- Add the chicken and sauté until the water is absorbed.
- Add tomato paste and spices and fry. Add peas and garlic and mix.
- Add the washed and drained rice and mix, finally add the hot water and mix.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook with the lid closed until the water is absorbed and the rice swells, then turn off the stove and let it brew for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
