Banana Walnut Cake
Hello Dear Friends,
This week, I plan to prepare banana recipes and share them with you. The first recipe of the happy recipes week was a puff puff and a light cake that we prepared with caramelized bananas. I say we prepared it because he caramelized the bananas and the recipe of my dear Naz, who was my assistant from time to time :)
Normally, Naz slices the bananas and caramelizes them in the pan, I wanted them to stay whole. If you are going to use the bananas whole, you must wait for the cake to cool completely and shrink a little while removing it from the mold. Otherwise, some of the cake may remain in the mold.
When I use these measures, I usually use 2,5 cups of flour, but this time the amount of flour is 1 cup less in my recipe. With less flour, it makes it lighter, but it also increases the cooking time a little. 30-35 minutes after placing the cake in the oven, insert a knife or toothpick and check that the inside is dry. It can take about 40-45 minutes.
