Baked Eggs
Eggs are indispensable for breakfast for me. Whether it's an omelet, boiled or in a pan, but definitely :)
Sometimes it is just one variety for breakfast, and sometimes it can be the breakfast itself. Baked eggs are also a breakfast all by themselves, a delicious and nutritious combination of bread, cheese, milk and eggs.
I used my mini cake pan for baking (as it is wider than muffin molds), but you can also use porcelain or metal souffle molds if you have them at home.
With the measurements I gave, you can prepare an egg in the oven for 1 person. If you prepare it in a souffle bowl, you can serve it with a bowl.
Ingredients for Baked Egg Recipe
- 4 pieces of eggs
- 4 slices of toast bread
- 2 tea glass of milk
- 2 spoonful butter
- 4 tablespoons of grated cheddar cheese
- Salt
Fabrication:
- Take the milk in a bowl, soak the breads in milk so that it absorbs the milk.
- Grease your muffin tin with butter and press the bread into the tin.
- Put 1 tablespoon of grated cheddar cheese on the bread.
- Crack the egg on the cheese and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
Stale bread is also good, if you don't have toast bread...
