Baked Mushroom Chicken

The cleaning wind in the house still hasn't stopped :) So much so that I couldn't even cook yesterday due to exhaustion. Meanwhile, I started to deal with the decoration of the house again, it means that new decoration secrets are on the way :)

Today is Sunday, it's time to cook a simple but delicious meal. It takes about 10 minutes to prepare the recipe, and about 40 minutes to cook :) You can make noodle or rice with it. If you want, you can color your table with a practical salad.

Ingredients for Baked Mushroom Chicken Recipe

  • 400 g chicken breast
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 2 medium onion
  • 1 pack of raw cream (200 ml)
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoons of margarine
  • Black pepper
  • 1 lemon

Fabrication:

  1. Peel the onions and chop the piyaz. Wash the mushrooms and cut into 4 parts.
  2. Take the chopped onions, mushrooms and chicken in a large baking dish and turn them upside down. Distribute the margarine in small pieces on the tray.
  3. Add salt, spices and cream to it. Finally, slice the lemon and arrange it on the dish.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. Serve hot.

    Hello, cream is not always available at home, what do you think if we make bechamel sauce or add milk instead?

      Hello, if you want to use béchamel sauce, you need to cook the onion, mushrooms and chicken by sautéing them beforehand and then put them on the tray. If you put it raw, the sauce will burn and the contents will remain raw.
