Ingredients for Baked Chicken Wings with Sauce
• 1 kg chicken wings
• half a glass of ayran (if you have yogurt, open it with a little water and make a thick ayran)
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste
• 1-2 teaspoons of turmeric
• 1 small pinch of fresh or dried thyme
• 1 teaspoon of red chili flakes
• black pepper
• 2 cloves of garlic
Fabrication:
1. Mix buttermilk, tomato paste and spices in a deep bowl.
2. Peel 2 cloves of garlic and cut in half and add to the marinade. (salt will be added later)
3. Put the chickens in this mixture and mix until all sides are sauced.
4. Cover the bowl with a cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 25 minutes.
5. Take the marinated chicken out of the refrigerator, add salt, mix it and let it rest for another 5 minutes.
6. Place the wings on the baking tray, the excess sauce of which you have removed with your hands. (you can lightly oil the tray)
7. Open the oven grill and cook the wings until golden brown.
8. Serve the fried wings hot.
