Ingredients for Casserole Kumpir Recipe

1 kg of potatoes
2 tablespoons of butter
3 cup of grated cheddar cheese
sausage,pickled corn,
green olives (and any other baked goods you want)

Fabrication:

I boiled, peeled and mashed my potatoes. While it was hot, I added half of the cheddar cheese and all of the butter.
I kneaded it well, put it in the casserole, made a little hole in the middle, and put the sausages and corn that I cut into small pieces.
I added the remaining grated cheddar on it and put it in the oven.
I served with mayonnaise and ketchup. That's it…
