Ingredients for Baked Cauliflower with Béchamel Sauce
- 1 small cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1,5 cups of milk
- 1 spoonful butter

- Do the same until all the milk is gone.
- Stir and cook on low heat until your sauce has the consistency of custard.
- Pour the sauce, which has the consistency of pudding, to completely cover the cauliflower.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown, serve warm or hot.
