Baked Acuka Chicken
Hello Dear Friends,
You know that I love to prepare practical recipes with ingredients at home. I bought an inexpensive stovetop oven for the summer cottage. The first try of the oven was this practical acuka chicken. Everyone used to prepare acuka at home, but now we can buy it from the markets. If you want to prepare yourself you can try this recipe. Those who say they will buy it ready and try it can also buy it from the market.
I use chicken thighs because I cooked this recipe open in the oven and I don't want it to dry out. If you are going to prepare it in an oven bag, you can also use breast meat or leg. The important thing is that the meat is boneless.
The rest is acuka and olive oil, I also add coarsely chopped garlic and onion for extra flavor. The ingredients you add are entirely up to your taste.
I think mushrooms and cherry tomatoes can be very nice too. I cooked it at 200 degrees until both sides were browned.
Next week I will create a list of recipes that you can prepare for Eid-al-Adha. Stay tuned :)
Love…
