Ingredients for Avocado Salad (Appetizer) Recipe
- 2 medium avocados
- half of 1 small onion
- 1 small cucumber
- 1/XNUMX of XNUMX red sweet pepper
- 1 cloves of garlic
- olive oil
- lemon juice
- 1 tablespoons of sesame seeds
- salt
- black pepper
Fabrication:
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the seeds.
- With the help of a spoon, remove the insides of the avocados without damaging the skin.
- Take it in a medium bowl and mash with a fork.
- Peel the cucumber variegated and cut lengthwise into 4 parts. Cut the core part in the middle with a knife and cut it into small cubes.
- Chop half of 1 onion and sweet pepper into small cubes.
- Crush the garlic and put all the chopped ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Taste and mix with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper according to your taste.
- Divide the salad into the avocado skins with the help of a spoon. Roast the sesame seeds a little in a pan and sprinkle them over the salad and serve.
