Ingredients for Apricot Puff Pastry Recipe

  • 4 puff pastry dough,
  • 4 tablespoons of apricot marmalade,
  • 1 egg yolks,
  • One scoop of Carte d'Or Classic Pistachio and Chocolate Ice Cream,
  • 1 tablespoons of powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut the puff pastry dough into circles with a water glass, put apricot marmalade in the middle.
  2. Cut out the middle of the puff pastry that you will put as the second layer, again with a smaller glass, and cover it so that the marmalade remains in the middle.
  3.  Let it rest in the refrigerator for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Beat the egg yolk and brush it on the dough with the help of a brush.
  5. Bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Take your small cakes on a serving plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  7. Add a scoop of ice cream and make it ready to serve.
