Ingredients for Apricot Dessert Recipe

  • 1 kg. dried apricots
  • 400 g sugar
  • 2 tablespoon sesame
  • 200 gr. Almond or walnut
  • 2 liters of water
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • Slide

Fabrication:

  1. After washing and cleaning the dried apricots, put them in a large pot.
  2. Take the water, sugar and apricots in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  3. When the apricots are soft, take them out of the pot, drain and leave to cool.
  4. Open the apricots with a knife and fill them with almonds or walnuts.
  5. Arrange the apricots on a tray and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  6. Pour the lightly waxed syrup that you cooked the apricots over the apricots and serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and cream when it cools down.
