Ingredients for Apricot Dessert Recipe
- 1 kg. dried apricots
- 400 g sugar
- 2 tablespoon sesame
- 200 gr. Almond or walnut
- 2 liters of water
- The juice of half a lemon

Fabrication:
- After washing and cleaning the dried apricots, put them in a large pot.
- Take the water, sugar and apricots in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- When the apricots are soft, take them out of the pot, drain and leave to cool.
- Open the apricots with a knife and fill them with almonds or walnuts.
- Arrange the apricots on a tray and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Pour the lightly waxed syrup that you cooked the apricots over the apricots and serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and cream when it cools down.
