Ali Nazik (without mince)

Before the holiday, I will have 4 delicious video recipes :) The first one was Istanbul Rice, which I shared yesterday. Today's recipe is Ali Nazik.
Roasted eggplant and garlic yogurt mix is such a magical mix that I can't say no even if I'm full :)
It is one of my very favorite recipes at Ali Nazik because of its practicality, if I don't have time, I also use canned food. If you are going to use canned food and you want it to be hot while serving, you can mix it with yogurt after a quick sauté in the pan.

Ingredients for Ali Nazik (With Ground Meat) Recipe
- 300 gr. Mince
- 2 long green peppers
- 1 medium onion
- 1-2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- optional parsley
- 2 tablespoons of Sana Classic
For service:
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 300 gr. yoghurt
- 500 g roasted eggplant
For the sauce:
- pepper paste
- 2 tablespoons of Sana Classic
Fabrication:
- Chop the onion. Remove the seeds from the pepper and finely chop it.
- Take 2 tablespoons of Sana Classic in the pan and melt it. Saute the onion and pepper until soft.
- Add the minced meat and fry it on medium heat until it releases its water.
- Mix yogurt, crushed garlic and roasted eggplant.
- Fry the tomato paste and butter for 2-3 minutes and remove from the stove.
- Take the garlic, eggplant and yoghurt mixture on a serving plate. Spread the minced meat mixture on it and serve with the tomato paste sauce on it.
