Ingredients for Baked Egg Noodles Recipe

1 package of Egg noodles
1 tablespoon of oil
7-8 mushrooms
1 medium tomatoes
2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Salt, thyme, paprika

Baked Egg Noodles

Preparation of :

1- Boil the noodles in salted water with a few drops of oil, set the oven to 170 degrees while the noodles are boiling.
2- Strain the noodle, put it in a medium-sized boron, add some margarine and 1 glass of cheddar cheese and mix it. Put the remaining cheese, thin slices of mushroom and tomato slices on it.
3- Add a few small pieces of margarine and sprinkle with thyme and paprika last. Cook until browned.

      I didn't feel the need to sauté or boil the mushrooms as we only used them on them. Thinly sliced ​​mushrooms are cooked slightly and remain juicy, but you can add them by boiling for 2-3 minutes if you wish.
