There are two big babies in our house, one is me and the other is my wife. If the food is made for this reason, if it stays for the second day, it is not eaten. On the third day, it is considered that it is out of date, and it is on its way to the sad end. I saw that this situation is bad, so I started looking for alternative solutions the other day. I wrote that, while the puree was slowly moving towards the inevitable end in 2 days, I started to think about what I should do to save it.

As a result, this recipe came out and it turned out to be very delicious and practical.

puree

Materials:

Mozzarella or cheddar cheese
4 large potatoes
4 glasses of milk (can be increased or decreased according to the consistency)
1 spoonful butter
salt, pepper

Preparation of:

Potatoes are peeled and cut into large pieces, water is added in a steel pot just to cover them slightly, salt is boiled together until the potatoes are soft. When the potatoes are soft, they are passed through a blender and made into a puree. (The leftover puree is more acceptable). until cooked.
