4 spoon soup or seasoned ezogelin soup is one of the most delicious soup recipes that can be made with less ingredients. Wonders come out in very little time ☺️ As you know, there are always boiled chickpeas, lentils and even wheat in my freezer.

4 Spoon Soup – Ingredients for Seasoned Ezogelin Soup Recipe
- 1 tablespoon of red lentils
- 1 tablespoons of bulgur
- 1 tablespoon of rice
- 1 tablespoon of boiled green lentils
- 1 liters of water
For dressing:
- 1 teaspoon of yogurt
- 1 tablespoons of flour
- 1 egg yolk
For the sauce:
- 1 cloves of garlic
- Butter or margarine
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Red powdered pepper
- dried mint
4 Spoon Soup – How to Make Seasoned Ezogelin Soup Recipe?
1. Take all the legumes in the pot, add the hot water and cook until they are all soft.
2. Whisk yoghurt, flour and egg yolk for its dressing. Take 1 ladle of the boiling soup, warm it up and add it to the soup.
3. Cook on low heat until the soup thickens.
4. Fry all the ingredients for the sauce, add to the soup and mix.
5. Serve the soup that you boiled one more time.
