Your today's recipe is 3-colored puddings that you can prepare in a snap. You cannot easily serve puddings that you normally use in this way. In order for it to stay in a thick consistency and to be practically reversible, you should put a little less than the milk you normally put in and cook it more viscous.

Ingredients for 3-Color Pudding Recipe

For the soles:

  • 100 g fresh kadayif
  • ½ cup butter (melted)
  • 1 cup of Turkish coffee powdered sugar

3-Color Pudding:

  • 1 pack Vanilla Pakmaya Pudding
  • 1 pack of Cocoa Pakmaya Pudding
  • 1 pack Pistachio Pakmaya Pudding
  • 9 cups milk for puddings (3 cups per pudding)

 

How to Make 3-Color Pudding Recipe?

  1. Tear the fresh kadaifs into a deep bowl with your hands (separate pieces by tearing them apart).
  2. Add powdered sugar and melted butter to the kadaifs and mix.
  3. Bake the kadaifs in the preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown and when it cools down, pour peanuts into it and crumble it with your hands.
  4. Mix 3 glasses of milk and pistachio pudding on the stove and cook according to the recipe, when it thickens, remove it from the stove.
  5. Wet 8 large coffee cups of equal size with water and pour evenly into the glasses and prepare the vanilla pudding in the same way and divide it into the cups.
  6. Finally, prepare the cocoa pudding, pour it over the vanilla, and put the puddings in the refrigerator to rest for at least 2 hours.
  7. Share the kadayifs you prepared on the dessert plates. Make love by turning the puddings you have cooled in the refrigerator on the kadaifs.
