Hello everyone,

As every year, this year, I will make suggestions for iftar for 30 days. You can create different menus by combining these recipes with different recipes you will choose from the categories.

2014 Ramadan Menus

Pay attention to fluid consumption because the period of fasting is long and the weather is very hot. Drink plenty of fluids during iftar and sahur. Do not miss soup and compotes from your table to relieve your digestion.

Yours.

Hello, I will make the cracker kebab according to your recipe, but how would it be if we made it beforehand and heated it? Let's fry them 1 hour ago and heat them in the microwave or something, because I have many guests and I want to make this recipe.. and how long it takes to post it exactly.. I would be very happy if you answer.

Hello Merva, unfortunately not. Cooked and heated kebab meat will be like a belt, and it will be a shame for their efforts.
